JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery planted its first vineyard in Paso Robles in 1981 with a vision for world-class Bordeaux-style blends. Today, guests can experience the estate through its wines, vineyard views, and dining at The Restaurant at JUSTIN. For the restaurant team, we created a custom black cross-back apron using Helt Studio’s signature CREWTECH Fabric -Water & Stain Repellent. The deep black color gives it a polished look that fits the dining room, while the water-repellent fabric helps the team handle the little spills and splashes that come with a busy service.

Comfort matters just as much as appearance. A cross-back apron routes the straps over the shoulders and across the back, spreading the apron’s weight instead of hanging it from the neck. It’s a small design choice that can feel especially welcome when the team is moving through a long shift.

We finished each apron with JUSTIN’s logo—the detail that makes the uniform unmistakably theirs. The result brings together a clean look, practical fabric, and a comfortable fit for the people behind the experience.
