For almost half a decade, Helt Studio has set out on a mission to support and celebrate our culinary frontline heroes. Our mission to empower the culinary community through producing functional, high-quality, and trendy kitchen apparel has helped culinary workers feel their best and look good doing it. However, improving the landscape for restaurant workers is so much more than creating the right gear — we want to go even further.

Helt Studio’s chef blog continues that mission by letting you hear directly from expert contributors in the industry. Hospitality is one of the most complex and labor-intensive businesses in the country. Through providing helpful resources and stories, we hope to help chefs and restaurateurs tackle many of the challenges they often face in the field.
