OUR GUARANTEE We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES Helt Studio gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise — free of make-up, deodorant, or other stains — within 30 days of delivery, with original tags and packaging. All customized items cannot be returned. After we receive your items, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection and processing.

FREE RETURN SHIPPING Returns ship free. Use the prepaid shipping label included on your packing slip, or email return@heltstudio.com to request one. Affix the label and drop the package at your local UPS/FedEx office.

EXCHANGES Helt Studio covers shipping for one exchange per order, sent pending items are still in stock after processing.

REFUNDS Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days of our receiving your returned items. Your bank may need a few additional days to post the refund to your card.
